About the Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy

FOPB Logo Vector pngThe Friends of Pheasant Branch Conservancy (FoPBC) is a non-profit environmental organization focused on restoring, protecting and promoting the  Pheasant Branch Conservancy and its watershed.

Founded in 1995, we have evolved over time from a grass-roots organization with a few members to a much larger organization that has over 500 active members. FoPBC has a 15 member board of directors, all of whom are volunteers. We organize volunteers for restoration work days, support field trips and service learning for K – 12 students and monitor the water quality of Pheasant Branch Creek. In addition, we sponsor free “Conservancy Days” events on a variety of topics that are free to the public.
